I have finished 8 weeks of tracking food/exercising!
Week 8 Goals Summary:
Lost 1.4 lbs. Down to 192.4 pounds. I've lost 15.6 pounds since the end of March.
Logged in, tracked food, and blogged everyday.
Exercised 225 minutes (of 180 minute goal). Includes trying to walk/jog which is new for me.
Stayed within calorie range 4 out of 7 days. Over by 15 calories; 41 calories; and 473 calories. One really bad day.
Moving forward, I know I still struggle with food choices. The problem on my really bad day is I never really ate lunch just snacked a bunch (bad idea). But I have been losing weight and putting the effort in so I don't feel guilty about a couple bad days here and there. And my husband has a cheesecake in the fridge, and I LOVE cheesecake, but I haven't had any of it so I consider that a win.
For the record: I'm already planning on having a bad calorie day tomorrow. It is my wedding anniversary and I want to treat myself without feeling guilty.
