today thing of things to do do walks and try to eat right. I am eating different at work in stead of eating two meals I'm eating one and that is lunch meal. Breakfast an dinner is at home, there the lighter meals since lunch is the the bigger meal. lunch is a soup with a meat, veggie, an a carb like potatoes and gravy or pasta with a dessert like a pie or padding or ice cream.
