Renewed Courage

Hi everyone,

I kind of fell of the "weight loss wagon" for a few months, but I am ready and willing to give it yet another try. To be honest, I love food, especially carbs--bread, potatoes, etc. Unfortunately for some of us, too many carbs just doesn't look "right" on us. My goal is to decrease the amount of carbs I would normally eat, like use one piece of bread with my sandwich. I looooooovvveee Bruegger's Bagels, especially the "Everything" kind. I am substituting the regular cream cheese, for "light," and just constantly searching for ways to decrease calories throughout the day. The red apple is becoming my best friend. It's an excellent snack with peanut butter.
