Today is Monday and the start of a new week...
I have my meals planned for the week and also my exercises
I find that planning as much as possible really helps keep me on track....

I cut up a few days worth of veggies to have on hand, I also cook extra chicken and turkey, lunch meat has too much sodium and fillers in it and it cost a lot more than the real thing..after a while I learned to like the real chicken and turkey better, I can add my own seasonings....
I also try to make a list of things that need to be done for the week and fun things I can do when bored...seems I eat more out of boredom , than stress...I keep the list close by...

well thats my plans for the week, have you made a plan..are you determined to stick with a healthy life style ..it doesn't just happen....at least not for me..it takes planning and support from those around me....thanks spark friends for all your support and kind words...
