Back on track

Today I am so ready to get back on track! I joined a new challenge that will last 2 weeks that includes exercise, drinking water and eating my veggies. Having a 2 week deadline helps me by thinking just get thru these 2 weeks then you can treat yourself. If I look at things too long term, they seem so hopeless but in short bursts, they seem so doable.
So I'm getting my calendar ready to put more stars on it. That's another thing that helps me. Like a child, I want to see the reward if doing a good job by putting a star there and then also being able to look back and see all those stars. It's a small thing but very helpful to me and I need all the help I can get. So cheer me on or better yet come join me. You earn a silver star by doing 30 mins of exercise, eating 3 servings of veggies and drinking 8 glasses of water. For a gold star, it's 45+ of exercise, 10+ glasses of water and 5 serving of veggies. Come get your stars, ;)
