I've walked and biked and pushed some papers around on my desk. I NEED to just clean off the desk and be done with it but I don't like sitting long enough to do those things anymore. I used to sit on my butt for about 10 hours a day - one of the reasons it got so big to start with! Most of this paperwork is for my aunt so once it is done it will be much easier to maintain.
The plan is that I will work diligently on the desk for 15 minutes and then go do something active for 15 minutes. Repeat as many times as needed to get it over with.
