Today is one of my 5:2 fast days (Next one is Wednesday) but as I have been to Body Pump this morning, I am now STARVING!!!!
So I'm writing this blog to distract myself whilst also drinking a lot of water. I can't tell you how many times I've had to visit the loo already!! emoticon


I've had another small loss, -400g, putting me at 78.4kgs

So let's have a look at pictures to compare, picture 1 taken 6 June and picture 2 taken this morning:

Can you see any difference? I can't really. The scales and most of my clothes tell me I've lost weight but I can't see it. No matter, anyway, as long as my thighs are the size of tree trunks for the right reason (ie muscles rather than fat) then I'm a happy bunny! emoticon

And to finish, here is my newest piece of Body Pump gear.



I get very sweaty (Ewwww!) and so do my hands, and last week, a 15kg barbell almost ran away from me. A) it's scary and B) it's dangerous so now I'm all kitted out. It makes me feel the part too... Somehow my gloves make me feel stronger. Well, apart from this morning. Body Pump 87 has landed with the new musics and routines.... The new squats track damn near killed me dead! emoticon
If I can walk tomorrow it'll be a miracle!

    I agree that you look more toned in the newer photos. I also like your weight lifting gloves. Almost losing control of a barbell would be scary- glad you found a way to deal with the problem.

    I can see a difference, and as long as you feel better then you are doing great!! I have the same "problem" - my legs and butt are on the larger side, but a lot of it is muscle. You look great, keep it up!!
