I make a lot of to do lists. I'm always thinking about what I want to get done and what is needed to be done. Sometimes I feel like I spend too much time planning and thinking rather than doing. I have been working towards just going out and accomplishing my goals and tasks instead of planning so much.
This week I would like to track my food every day and be active for at least 10 minutes each day. I would also like to get some wedding stuff accomplished. I think I can do especially with Spark on my side!!! Have a great week everyone!
