Day Nine- Keep on, keeping on

Had my no-exercise day today. I've been going strong for 7 days and I'm happy with where I am so far.
Yay, the gym re-opens tomorrow, so I'll be going before work and get back into the week.

Drank my water again today! It is starting to be habit, which is nice. I find that I don't dislike it as much I I always have.

I'm still feeling confident in my motivation a full week in, so I'm going to take it one day, one week, at a time and keep on kicking butt.

I was reallllly pleased with my 4.8 lb loss this week, but I'm not going to set my cap that that number. I'm going to work as hard as I can, keep tracking fitness and nutrition and see where I can go.

On a down side, I think that Tiphey the ferret may have her last night tonight. She's in a pretty bad way- so I'm just hoping that I've made her as comfortable as possible and that she goes quickly. She's been a good and very entertaining companion for about 7 years now.

    I'm sorry to hear about your ferret! I hope that things will be okay for you. It's so good to hear you are working hard at working out. Congratulations on losing almost 5 pounds!!! It feels wonderful doesn't it! Keep on working hard and doing what you are doing and exercise and eating better will become good habits also!
