Well, today is my one year Spark People Anniversary!! I can't believe I've been sparking for a whole year. This year has brought about important healthy lifestyle changes in my life! I feel better, have more energy and endurance, and have a lot more knowledge about what are good and healthy food choices and serving sizes. I have truly changed my eating habits and they are now a part of my daily routine. I'm still struggling with the fitness. I know what I should be doing, but actually doing it consistently is easier said than done. So, this will be my new challenge for this year. By my 2nd year anniversary, I will make fitness a consistent part of my daily healthy living routine!
Any ideas on how I should celebrate?????
