The last couple of weeks has been a little trying for me. I have felt like my coach at Curves just dropped me. When we finally met again for the 1st time in weeks last week I us upset due to no weight loss but a gain over the last 3wks. Instead of helping me discover why and what I could do to help or at least work on the problem I felt like all she did was find the negative. So with that being said I have decided to coach myself along with the help of my most awesome sister, Lisa. I have taken the weekly coaching sheet that was used at the place I was going and made one of my own so I can keep myself on track and focused on the task at hand. I will be filling these out weekly and posting them here.
I got on the scales at work this afternoon and it showed a 3lbs weight loss. I hoping I'm not dreaming and its real for it means on 2lbs and I have hit my 50lb loss since January.
