SO I had my little breakdown last week, and somehow reading and posting it on here truly helped me deal, so I thank you all for listening, not judging, and telling me like it is, you all rock!
SO I have felt a little better over the last 3 days, I had a great workout Friday afternoon pushing harder than I ever remember pushing with my Personal trainer, I could barely text after my arms were so sore! lol.
And I have been noticing and tracking what I am eating more, not saying I have completely corrected it, but I am at least becoming aware of how I am slowly adding things in and getting off track.
I did some progress photos...uggghh amazing how its so hard to see results, but I guess there is some, I am down about 1.5 sizes so hey baby steps.
And weirdest thing ever, I actually did a couple quick little challenges for myself the last 2 days, they weren't long, like 20 mins of heart pumping timed challenges, but on a weekend, WHAT?? never do that, weekend is like sacred laziness time usually.
So again thanks SP friends, for listening, and for making me realize I have support from people who truly understand, and that YES I CAN!!
