Well today was Sunday and should have been my rest day but if you read my blogs you'd remmeber that on Teusday I didn't exercise because my body felt like it needed rest. Anyway I made up for that missed exercise today by doing my Insanity Max Interval Plyo and I improved a little more than last time
. I'm still not able to do the full quota of push-ups in the Level 3 drills but today I did more than I did last time.
Today also marked a very important milestone but I want to get all the details before sharing so stay tuned for that. Hopefully I'll be able to share tomorrow or Tuesday.
Food today was good. I was again in my ranges but I missed out a little on my fiber again. Anyway here's to a new week of progress!!
