I just want to encourage you to stay on track even if/when your weight loss slows down. It's likely that it will and it should -- unless you're hundreds of pounds overweight, it's not healthy to lose weight that rapidly consistently -- but as long as you keep up the awesome work, the pounds will continue to come off.
