    Great start! All good --- but remember results are uneven and will change. Its all about tracking, consistency and hanging in there with us. emoticon

    I betcha that's from the starting a new regimen! Water weight has a tendency to come off quickly in the beginning. But keep up the good work!!

    Wow, that's a lot to lose so quickly!

I just want to encourage you to stay on track even if/when your weight loss slows down. It's likely that it will and it should -- unless you're hundreds of pounds overweight, it's not healthy to lose weight that rapidly consistently -- but as long as you keep up the awesome work, the pounds will continue to come off.

You've cleary got this!
