Okay... Weekend Recap. Week 6

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

4 Terribles to recap the 4 pounds I gained.
In six weeks I am up 1 pound.

Original starting weight: 240
Re-Starting weight: 230
Week 1: 228
Week 2: 225
Week 3: 227
Week 4: 227
Week 5: 227
Week 6: 231

Why am I not bawling right now?... Because my inches are still down!!! :D In fact, I measured today and they are a tad bit smaller! Thank you 3 weeks straight in the gym :D

So my diet was TERRIBLE (hehe obviously) and I probably had more salt than I should have the entire month. Which is why I am not scared. I am not saying that none of those 4 pounds could be actual fat... but they most likely aren't ALL fat. Every time I look at a calendar I get more and more excited. Why? because there are still 15 weeks left in the year... and that means I can still hit 199 by the end of the year or at least get close!

However... In a few more weeks that excitement will keep dwindling! So, the time is now :D Also.. after eating CRAP all weekend.. im excited to eat healthy again! This debbie downer is ready to have a great week!

    I must say you have the attitude I have. IT CAN BE DONE, with a lot of changes. YOU know what you need to change to do it, and the great thing is, you are NOT giving up! AND you are still going to the gym! That alone is going to help you, obviously in inches WELL DONE my friend!

As for the food.. you DO still have 15 weeks and you CAN do at 2.0 lbs a week from now on. Are you willing to give up that junk food? And eat healthier for 15 weeks? I know it is in you, and the proof is you NOT giving up! So lets go at it ONE WEEK at a time. Starting today! YOU CAN DO IT!!!I BELIEVE IN YOU!!

So here we go..week 1 starting now :) GL girl, I am with you through the whole thing!

Let's make a big bang going OUT of 2013 :)

I've been hitting the gym extra hard these past two weeks and that's being reflected in a plateau and increased appetite.

My advice is keep working out and start making small changes to the diet. You may not go below 200 by the end of the year (or even come too close frankly), but you may set some lasting habits that will help you long term.

Keep going! You can do it!
