Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
4 Terribles to recap the 4 pounds I gained.
In six weeks I am up 1 pound.
Original starting weight: 240
Re-Starting weight: 230
Week 1: 228
Week 2: 225
Week 3: 227
Week 4: 227
Week 5: 227
Week 6: 231
Why am I not bawling right now?... Because my inches are still down!!! :D In fact, I measured today and they are a tad bit smaller! Thank you 3 weeks straight in the gym :D
So my diet was TERRIBLE (hehe obviously) and I probably had more salt than I should have the entire month. Which is why I am not scared. I am not saying that none of those 4 pounds could be actual fat... but they most likely aren't ALL fat. Every time I look at a calendar I get more and more excited. Why? because there are still 15 weeks left in the year... and that means I can still hit 199 by the end of the year or at least get close!
However... In a few more weeks that excitement will keep dwindling! So, the time is now :D Also.. after eating CRAP all weekend.. im excited to eat healthy again! This debbie downer is ready to have a great week!
