I am taking a positive attitude regarding my busy upcoming week. Although not feeling great, I will survive. I know that because I ran my 11 miles last night and was feeling like crap. I just decided it was time to get up and get busy. I felt much better after the workout for a while, but not today. I am not complaining because all in all I am progressing well.
Bring on the week.!!!
