I've been sticking to the Shred very well. For the most part I have experienced increased overall wellness and energy. Week 1 I lost 7 pounds, week 2 I lost 6 pounds for a total of 13 pounds. I love the foods I eat. Since I eat every 2 hours or so it is kind of okay to think about my food all the time (but instead of cake its fresh figs, hard boiled eggs, and other yummy things). The Shred takes a lot of planning btw.
I also got involved with a wellness group on FB. I love SP but FB has a much better interface for posting throughout the day-with the folks in that group I get 5 to 10 posts that keep me motivated.
