So these days I am busier than normal. Working full time, school full time, and house wife on top of that....needless to say I don't get a lot of me time or time to make healthy hot cooked meals. I had been doing low carb for about 5 months and sticking to it which was nice I liked the variety of foods I was allowed, the problem was is it is difficult to stick to that on a budget and have fast cooked foods.
With the issues for me to stick to low carb I decided to switch back to doing weight watchers points plus. I have done WW points plus in the past with a small amount of success I was just always hungry so I never stuck to it, I am confident that this time I will do better. Doing a low carb lifestyle helped me learn how to choose healthier items, items that are higher in fiber and less white sugary type foods. Now I can stay full and stay in my points range with no problems at all.
I have been back to counting my points for two weeks now and I lost both weeks! The first week I lost 3 lbs and the 2nd week I lost 1 lb. :-)
