chugging away and chugging along

I seem to have had a bit of a setback. I was feeling a lot better and began doing a few things around the house - nothing too ambitious ... a little vacuuming ... and I woke up yesterday with a very sore throat and things seem to have settled in my chest now. I'm taking it easy again today - I filled up the blender with lots of fruits and vegs and I'm drinking my smoothie (spinach, apple, orange, pineapple, pomogranate/blueberry juice).
I was hoping to make it to the studio today but it doesn't appear that will happen. I'll put on a load or two of laundry though and dishes are already done in the dishwasher ... thank goodness for my machines.
Yesterday I started a new sketchbook and began doodling some inspirational quotes. My main goal is to reclaim my health. I'm seeing a nutritionist soon. I know I have some food sensitivities and I want to deal with this. My scales are showing some improvement. I've missed three yoga classes but really hope to make the next one on Thursday. Fingers crossed improvement is steady from hereon in.
I feel ok though. I am doing my best.
