Back at it

I'm going to get back at it !!
my roommate and i started working out and the first day i was scared! i hate going to the gym because of my size. i know it doesn't make sense the gym is for people to get in shape but i also felt awkward going but she made me go. I need some to make me go because I can't make my self go.
The first day I did 20 mins on the bike and 20 on the elliptical then push up and sit up then did some arm work out on the different machines. man oh man was it a long hour and half!
On monday we swimming i did 20 in breast and free style 20 mins just kicking and 20 just arms and that was fine i really enjoy swimming so we decide to do MWF- swimming TTHS- gym and sunday rest
Here it is sunday I am so proud of my self for sticking with it for the past 6 days! I owe alot to my roommate even if i teller i dont want to go she still makes me! I am still in that weird state were yes i'm working out but i dont feel any different yet, i know its only been a week so maybe next week i be better :)
PS with the whole feeling weird at the gym it is getting better i'm not as uncomfortable as i was, i guess thats a good start.

    Good Start? That's a GREAT Start! That's awesome, I know how you feel about getting someone else to help motivate you. I need to get there 6 days straight but don't overdue it and hurt yourself in the process. I like your routines, they're working all areas of the body. emoticon
