Healthy Eating Habits

Healthy eating habits are important for good health. I need to focus on eating more healthfully. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate myself 5. Probably more fiber and drinking more water would help to improve my dietary habits. Also, eating more vegetables would help to get more nutrition into my eating plan. Adding three to five cups of tea such as green tea is another idea for improving nutrients intake.

    I am new to this. I started eating healthier two weeks ago. I am 70 pounds overweight and had a heart attack a few.months ago and I know I have to make a change and lose this weight and get healthy. I am 50 and its hard but I know I can do it. That's why I was.looking for some kind of support group for encouragement and ideas on recipes and eating healthy. Will get sick of grilled chicken soon need good recipes.
