Healthy Eating Habits

Healthy eating habits are important for good health. I need to focus on eating more healthfully. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate myself 5. Probably more fiber and drinking more water would help to improve my dietary habits. Also, eating more vegetables would help to get more nutrition into my eating plan. Adding three to five cups of tea such as green tea is another idea for improving nutrients intake.
