Correction on Day #1 of Sweet-15 Challenge

CORRECTION: This is NOT me at 174 pounds. I weighed myself this morning for the start of my "Sweet-15 Challenge" and I was UP 5 pounds from last Sunday. This morning at the grocery store which has a professional scale, I weighed 179 pounds ! How depressing ! What's up with that ? !
I haven't had ANY alcohol in 10 days and I was STILL UP 5 pounds. Not fair !
Hopefully the reason is PMS. My periods have become irregular over the past year or two so I never know when the TOM is going to be. And I have been very tired lately. It's very possible that I'm retaining water. Now that I think about it, I have been eating a lot of salty things lately. That could be a problem too.
Now I guess I have to make corrections to my "Sweet-15 Challenge" PLAN. I really need to lose 20 pounds now by the end of the year. I suppose this challenge is really the "Not-so-sweet- 20" lol
I have one or two SparkPeople who want to do this challenge with me. I don't know if they want to make that public yet or not so I won't post any names until I hear from them. For now I'm going to write down my starting weight at 179 on my calendar for today. I'll update my ticker. I have my "before" picture (which is a whole lot better than my weight a year ago at 200+ pounds!). My challenge buddies should weigh themselves today and write it down. Get a before picture if you can. Try a "selfie" in a mirror.
