Down a pound and a half! WOOHOO!

I got on the scale today, and I am down a pound and a half! I also did not succumb to the call of the pizza last night - it was tough........
Now I am going to try to go out for a very short run. I have been dealing with piriformis syndrome, and haven't run in about five months. I can swim a mile easily, so a slow easy run shouldn't be too much. I am planning on taking my running slowly and not increasing miles so quickly to hopefully avoid an injury.
