Wow, Today I got up 3:00 AM on the road with husband to Downtown Seattle as he had to work. He started at 7:00 and I started my fitness goal. I paced myself. My breathing was good today and water retention was down so I started out able to do more than I usually can. I Danced, yes down the streets, did 300 stairs at the US Court House, a light jog, walk, stair stepping, more dancing. I had 70 minutes in my zone so max hr 133. This is really good for me. I exercised 225 minutes today. I did 15 wall pushups. I did stretching. I rested in between and had my polar heart rate watch monitor on so I had accurate measurements that heart study group gave me.
I burned a WHOPPING 1,067+ calories. Don't know what I burned beyond the 1,067 calories, but obviously some. I walked in meditation and prayer with the Lord. I prayed for the homeless, the less fortunate, the sick, myself. I gave thanks. I felt really aligned. I observed the scenery, the pigeons, the spider dangling from the tree, the homeless sleeping on park benches, etc.
I succeeded with day 2 of being healthy all the way...NO SUGAR!!!!
How do I feel? Tired, but good and proud of myself. Now to move on to day 3. Is this easy? NO. I have to remind myself that my sugars and body chemistry is all off.
I stopped by coffee shop (black coffee with milk no cream or sugar) small...ok asked about the no sugar added smoothies...all natural...she showed me the ingredients and I told her sorry, this has sugar. "oh no, all natural from the raspberries." I said, no, the 2nd ingredient is sugar... 3rd is pureed raspberries. 32grams of sugar...sorry, I can't have. She still didn't believe me, but oh well.
