Actually, it would be more support needed. I don't want to do this alone. I like to exercise in the morning and at lunch, but I get complaints that I don't smell good. This is even after I shower after a morning workout. I don't take lunch anymore. I don't have a car, so I can't go anywhere. Since they don't want me to work out, even though they provide a fitness room at work, I just sit at my desk and work through lunch. I hate my job now. I need that break and I have no reason to take it.

Even my Sunday walking partner doesn't want to go out and walk. I just want to completely give up. It's no use continuing.

When I worked, several of us walked two miles during lunch. Bodies are different. Afterward some of us smelled nasty and others didn't. I kept a bag with personal items in my desk, including deodorant. Before walking I applied deodorant so nasty perspiration didn't get on my shirt. I'm not sure why you have a problem shortly after showering. Make sure you use a lot of soap or shower gel to remove all bacteria. Verify that you are using deodorant and not an antiperspirant (they are sold near each other). You might consider talking to your doctor. Excessive sweat glands, diabetes and hyperthyroid are some medical conditions that can cause body odor.

Or maybe tone down your lunch workout a bit, to where you don't sweat so bad? Maybe go for a walk. The morning workout and then a shower, should be fine though. One time, I had a pair of shoes that was the odor problem and had to sprinkle them with baking soda for awhile. Are you sure it is the working out that is causing the odor?

Hon, why don't you just wait until you come home from work and exercise then. I think may you would feel more comfy doing your workout at home. As far as your lunch goes, can't you at least walk around the block. Or again, just wait until you get home. Don't leave these obnoxious people change your mind on becoming a better you. Good luck and if you get the chance, let me know how you're doing!
