Bokwa at the Freedom Festival last week:
It was too windy to Bokwa with my hair down - I couldn't see where I was going!
We jumped and kicked and said
Simple suppers: I roasted a big tray full of vegetables:
Some were used for "faster than the speed of light" pizzas (on wholemeal tortilla wrap)
The rest was used for ratatouille. Roasting the veggies first really gives it so much flavour. No pics I'm afraid; My camera had run out of charge and there was no way we were going to wait for it to charge before we could eat the ratatouille!
Finally, this week we bid a fond farewell to our beloved Pablo the Peugeot:
And it is with a heavy heart that we part with Pablo, who is just too old now to be financially viable to keep. It's been a fab car despite its age, dealt with the ice during winter like a champion and even put up with being turned into a shed on wheels and carried all my gardening gear without any complaint. Farewell Pablo, me old mate, you'll be missed xx
But, at the same time, my son and I welcome "NewBlueCar" (we still need to find a proper name for it: Nelson Nissan or Nestor Nissan are contenders ) to our household:
Look what my son made me buy for the new car! Well, the car is blue... Not quite Tardis-blue but we can pretend!
It actually makes the sound of the Tardis when you press it!
Have a lovely weekend Sparkfriends!
