Today's challenge is to get 50 push ups in!
I'm also going for at least 8 miles of walk/jog to reach my personal goal of 50 miles a week. I was down 2 days earlier this week so I had a lot of catching up to do.
We got this!

Now I'm off to get in at least 6 more miles. Wish me luck!
PS 52 miles this week & I got in 13 flights of stairs today! Feeling GREAT! I'll be feeling the push ups tomorrow! Thank you for your fantastic support!
