Managed 1 full week eating on a healthy, low cal budget

364 calories for breakfast. I've been off sugar and wheat and processed foods 100% for one week now. I need to see if my abdomen is going to shrink as its still quite descended. I'm making an appt for OB GYN for another sonogram of endometrial lining and uterus for when I return from wilderness adventure in a few weeks. I'm prepping my body all this week to go into phase TWO whereby I'll be eating even less food while camping on an ocean under the stars for a week. Bike trails, and mind is very troubled at this time in my life and I am angry at some of my family members. This needs to go. It serves me no purpose other than make me sad.

I give thanks to the organic backyard garden every day for supply me with fresh, wholesome, foods that assist in getting by on a shoestring budget.
