I tracked my food all week and it went very well.
In weight loss phase I complied my favorite foods, food groupings an recipes, so it just takes a few minutes - but really helps recalibrate portions.
The Daily Nutrition Feedback is great too - it is just an automatic message, but it told me each day that I did great : )
Stayed in lower half of range, except one day when I went over high end a bit.
Weigh went back to goal (63 kg) but I want it to be my center weight, not the low end, so I continue tracking and paying attention.
I got bored with my weight lifting routine (squats - shoulder press - deadlifts -pullups), and went to next chapter of Starting Strength book: the power clean.
I read the entire chapter, made sure I understood, then started practicing.
Not easy! First, the barbell would not fly up when I jumped.
When I figured it out, I was unable to rack it in the suggested position.
It is getting better.
I watched this video last night, Mark Rippetoe (writer of Starting Strength) coaching several people: male and female, small and big, skinny and overweight - a bit like the end of Michael Jackson's Black or White video (I wonder if anybody remembers it still).
It was an inspiration for me!
After lifting weights, I cancelled my long walk with my friend because it was pouring with rain, and she tolerates getting wet less than I do. But I went out for a short walk - the trees, bushes and flowers are so beautiful gleaming in the rain. I felt happy to have time to be outside, and have this peaceful time to myself.
