Day Number 4

I'm so excited that I've done four days of exercise so far. Today I did 25 minutes on the elliptical, resistance level four. I was so worried about my ankle injury, but it is actually feeling better with the exercise (minus incline). One more day to go and my FIRST mini goal that I have set for myself will be complete! My thighs are definitely feeling it after the workouts this week. I'm feeling incredibly good!
When I feel like I don't want to exercise, I go back to my Pinterest board and look at some exercise motivation! That has been so helpful, actually. Way more helpful than I thought it would be initially!
