I have decided to try a sleep journal. I have a hard time getting enough sleep, this is causing me to struggle to wake in the morning. I am hoping that having a sleep journal will help to remind me to get to bed earlier. I think 4 years is long enough, time to try something different.
A friend, actually two, have been sharing their garden bounty! I can't wait to have another garden!! Anyway, I tried some pear tomatoes and they are delicious!!
The pear tomato are the yellow ones.
Here is what the look like (forgot to take a photo pre diced)
Tomorrows lunch is spaghetti squash (from one friend) with zucchini (other friend) mixed with some red potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and garbanzo beans topped by some tilapia. I am really loving all of the fresh produce!!
Other than sleep issues, all is going wonderful!
