A Quick Hello

I have a minute before starting dinner -- the first one I've started in a long while. My DH is cooking these days for which I am grateful. Tonite I am making tilapia and a salad. I weigh the same 145 and I have decided that since my my old step tracker didn't turn up I will get another one per your advice. I just thought if I gave it some time it would show up -- but not so far.
Not much is new that I can share at the moment. Fred (DH) has been going to my son's house to help repair some things. I eat, sleep, work, sleep, work, sleep, eat, and work. I come home and eat a Greek yogurt for breakfast and go to bed. I get up at 5 or 6 pm and eat dinner, get ready and go to work again leaving at 8 pm and clocking in at 9 pm. At 3 am I eat lunch (always chicken salad with no bread and another Greek yogurt.) I drink Lipton tea n honey (15 calories) and that's my diet. I never stop moving for 10 - 11 hrs. To make things interesting every morning our store manager comes in 7 am to tell us he's not happy for all the things we didn't get done. We all push as hard as possible to get as much done as we can. It's really not too rewarding. I do like most of the crew a lot, and then of course, there are a few that need to go home and find something else to do.
I will have to adjust as much as possible to this pace. It is mental as well as physical stress, but I am pretty determined to hang in there for now. I think just one week at a time.
Gosh - this is so boring and mundane, but that is where I am at right now. I will just have to adjust to setting very small personal goals right now -- like ordering the new step tracker, and then give some thought to current situation.
