So the kids are back in school and this has made my evenings busy! You might think I would have more time because the kids are not in and out all day, but in fact I feel like I have less time - I've only made it to the gym once in the last week. Still walking daily but I'm going to have to figure out reorienting my schedule for gym visits.
We've also taken on a new business in our consulting company - basically managing the startup, which seems to take every bit of spare time! I love doing it, it's my favourite part of business by far, but wow, takes away from Sparking :)
So I have only been semi-tracking my food, and definitely have stagnated on the losses. On the other hand, I feel like I am learning to maintain in the busy, challenging months, I just have to readjust a few things, and definitely have to make the time for shopping because the not tracking is mostly because I don't want to log the snacks I have that aren't nutritious - like it somehow means they didn't happen
Anyway, I probably am not going to have a lot of blogging time. So the goal I am setting as of now:
I will blog my calories and workout for the previous day, each morning.
This should keep me on track with tracking, and encourage some more activity maybe :)
