Stepped on the scale today and it said 349!!! W00t! Did it! It's only 1 lb loss, but it's past that plateau I've been sitting at for so long, so I am stoked. I'm going to work SO HARD to make sure I don't bounce back up.
GOAL for next week: maintain or lose, just don't go back up!
I've been eating well, though not all home-cooked. Yesterday we went out for sushi at my favorite restaurant (but no tempura, mayo, or cream cheese -- just fish, veggies, seaweed, and seasoned rice... and half of it was sashimi, so not too much rice !)
SOOOO glad it's the weekend -- I'm so exhausted. Time to sleep.
Tomorrow it's HIIT and full body strength training. Then I will start food prep for next week!
