Taking things slow

Alright last blogs pity party is over. I am currently sitting at 161 I know I want to be down to 150 by the end of the year and while I might not have the motivation to hit it as hard as I did last month 10lbs in 3.5 months is totally doable. I'm just going to stick with the 5:2 plan but not beat myself up if I mess up a fast day i'm going to try to walk at least 2 nights after work with the girls and get at least 2 st days in if I get more exercise in than that great if not, again not going to beat myself up. I have been so hyper focused on weight loss since Cora was born last year that I think I just need to slow down and go at a less hectic pace. Feeling good about this decision and looking forward to less stress in September

    it is always good to slow down I know I find my self almost obsessed with getting in my steps, and actually, a rest day is something we all need, what ever it takes
