I have been on spark people for over two and a half years, I have decided that I have had a long enough intro into the world of fitness and dieting It is time that I break out the big toys and start going at this hard core. I know that they say to do things one change at a time and to make sure that you reward yourself and trust me I will be rewarding myself along the way just not with FOOD anymore.
I am going to win this time. I kind of felt bad when I saw how long I have been battling this but when I truly look in the mirror I can see the change and to think about it in the end they are all just a bunch of 1 pound losses that are totaled together so the goal for the next week is to loose one pound if I can manage that it will still be 52 pounds by this time next year.
I will do this!!!!!
