Week 3 Weigh In

Well, I had a rough week last week. I havenít been feeling 100% so I wasnít working out like I should. Iím not making excuses, just stating a fact. Weigh in wasnít as bad as I expected it to be, to be honest, I expected it to be worse. I gained 0.2. I have really been trying to make a conscious effort to move a little more when I walk to the bathroom or when Iím brushing my teeth. I always used to sit down when I brushed my teeth. I pace back and forth when I brush my teeth these days. I also try to walk in place or back and forth when I am washing and drying my hands. It may sound silly, but I feel better starting my morning out that way. I need to get back into my morning workout routine. There is less of a chance I can make excuses not to do it later in the day if something comes up if I do it first thing in the morning. I also didnít plan my lunch well this week and I think that contributed as well. It is a new week and I have an opportunity to take control for next week. I think part of it is that I am getting in a rut with my lunches. I need to find another something easy that I can prepare for lunch. I did buy the Sparkpeople Cookbook and in hopes that it can help me out with some ideas.

So far, I am down 3.6 pounds.

Only 1.4 pounds shy of my first 5 pounds.
