I was looking for an estimate of calories burned climbing actual stairs and i found this interesting website:
It looks like it has a lot of useful health and fitness information.
FYI, for my weight- 15 minutes of stair climbing is about 151 calories according to Calorie lab.
According to "My Calroie Counter" one hour is 1295 calories.
I tend to be conservative when I track my fitness.
