Friday the 13th has always just been a lucky day for me. I don't know why though! So I exercised 3 times this week and plan to exercise tonight too so that will be 4. I'm slowly improving my eating habits so that helps too but it has been very slow going. I'm down just 0.2 pounds and that isn't a big difference but I'm choosing to be positive and take it as a win!
I've got to do this guys and gals. No matter how tired of it I feel. No matter how I backslid. Now matter what, I REFUSE to be obese forever! Now for some more motivation!
(Forgive me if some of these are repeats on motivation. Sometimes I can't remember what I've shared and what I haven't! Lol)
