So last night just the hell of it I turned on the wii and pulled out the balance board. You see, last month I met my second personal goal without having met the first one. Which was to have lost enough weight to be able to use the wii balance board again. And, I did it!
Goal met! Next goal: Under 300 pounds. Only 17 pounds to lose to be at 299.
I did my first mile with a Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds DVD last night. That woman does not play around. And while there is walking, it's a lot more like an aerobic workout. It wore me out, but I enjoyed it.
