30 minute 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds! Life is good and getting better! My only "problem" is I am counting too much on the scale. It's time for me to commit to only weighing myself once a month. While I really don't get too disappointed, there is a wee bit of a let down when the numbers don't budge. I KNOW I am doing great and every day of exercise and eating right is another day closer to a healthier me. The scale is just a very small indicator of that. My big indicator is when my favorite pair of jeans feels looser in the waist and boy will you hear me squeal! *LOL*
To all those struggling out there, keep going...don't give up! You can do it! You are not alone and you will succeed! I'm proud of you and all the hard work you are putting in to becoming the healthy you!
