Still no progress on the scale. Still no progress on doing yoga or walking. However, I have been packing healthy foods to eat, tracking my calories and I am still taking the stairs down and up at every bathroom break.
Today is Friday. I am so happy. It should be a busy day which will keep my mind off being hungry all the time. I am hoping the longer I am on this medication the side effects will get less and less.
My goal for today is to take a walk for lunch.
