Trying for conscious eating instead of mindless eating.

I tried really hard yesterday to stay on track. I will do that again today. The morning and lunch were OK but then I got the munchies--yet again. Darn.
I did something I have not done before though. I kinda sat with the negative feelings when they came up. And I said over and over, " I am losing weight. I am losing weight." And i noticed my breathing changed when I got quiet like that.
In the afternoon it seemed like I just wanted the things in between meals. I will work on this some more. At least I was more conscious of my eating.
Oh--and I ate breakfast at the table! I have been aiming at doing that for weeks but never did it till today!
