Pats vs. Jets in the rain, it was sloppy and the Pats narrowly won it 13-10. I was bored with the horrific drops and plays. Onward to Sunday and better play hopefully.
I was checking on my entries back when I started on Spark People then and now and it seems as if I have always been consistent with my goals in terms of becoming more healthy, stabilize my weight round 125, eat better, strength train, keep walking and have more energy. I'm on Level 13 and I think Level 12 as a whole was kinda hinky but Level 13 is getting back on the stick. I've been slacking, need to change now. The weather hampers my mentality and I don't like doing all treadmill in terms of walking. I've been seeing if I can get less sedentary without the exercise periods. I hope that made sense. It means I do my exercise but I'm trying to get more movement into my days.
Yesterday I had some serious heartburn from hot green enchilada sauce and seasoned ground meat. I was on fire for a while there lol. Now I'm okay. I'm losing my taste for Jell-O pudding I must say it tastes weird to me. Tonight I had tilapia and salad for dinner along with some pasta and 4 cheese, it tasted pretty good but pasta is mucho calories so I am careful. I need to grab more gnocchi. I love that stuff seriously, the texture everything!
I was reading an article on Yahoo about Fitness Keeping You Young. It says four hours of cardio is best every week, do strength training, take 10000 steps a day and you can train your tissues to act like they did when you were a young'un. I'm all for that.
I need to go shopping soon for some essentials, breath mints, tea, body wash and some other personal items. I think I can go tomorrow.
