Inspired by Goaloflosing’s 25 before 25 challenge, I was trying to come up with a list of 40 before 40. I have slightly less than two years to do them and want them to be attainable. I have no way of knowing what my situation is from now until then, I wanted to remain somewhat flexible in my list and also have my list challenge me to stretch myself as well.
Here it is:
40 before 40 challenge:
1. 40 new experiences
2. 40 new recipes
3. Run 40 miles
4. Lose 40 lbs
5. Read 4 books about healthy living
6. Read 4 books for professional development
7. Participate in 4 running events
8. Participate in and complete 4 weight loss challenges
I am currently participating in a Biggest Loser Challenge at work and am preparing for BLC 23 through spark. I have been pretty busy and wonder how some people do it. How do they actually function because I do not seem to with any kind of ease at all. I am way too exhausted every day. Well, I did get off early tonight so I could get some sleep so off I go to snoozeland.
