I found some new workouts. some of them are really tough but i found myseld thinking about them today. i was getting excited about which one i should do. i actually comtemplate all the combinations i can try. i genearally dont love doing high intensity stuff but i am enjoying it as long as i do variation.
i.e. i can do jumoing jacks but i get bored doing them for several minutes but doing heal jacks, plank jacks or squat jacks adds variation and does not make my joints feel overworked.
