Getting hard to keep track of what day I'm on!
213.2 today. Down .2 from yesterday
Feeling pretty good. I'm loving having my hard boiled eggs for breakfast, and I'm absolutely LOVING the pumpkin seeds to snack on throughout the day! And they are helping me with the fiber, too!
So breakfast was the same as yesterday - 2 hard boiled eggs, the other half of my naked drink and some pumpkin seeds to snack on. I wasn't in my room much today because my student teacher was taking over some of my classes and I want to give her a few days experience without me in the room to see how she handles them. So I didn't have much of an opportunity to snack outside of the pumpkin seeds.
Lunch was the last of the chicken salad made on Sunday and a pear.
Dinner was turkey burgers with sauteed mushrooms and onions and swiss, and roasted asparagus on the side.
I'm feeling pretty satisfied today, I might end up with a snack later tonight but overall pretty happy. I really wanted chocolate earlier, but I didn't get any and I was pretty happy with myself for that.
Almost done with week 1!! Family is no worse for the wear, but I'm definitely feeling better.
