So...I've almost completed a month of my fourth try with SP. My first go in 2011 was the most successful, but life happens with too many distractions and I slowly fell off the wagon. I tried again last year, then this past January, but it was all too brief and exercise was difficult, which made the whole SP package not work very well. Depression and stress over church issues and work didn't help. I had actually GAINED weight since January, making clothes tight and photographs of me are horrifying. This time I'm more upbeat, less stressed and have a better attitude about exercise. I've set a personal goal of through-hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2015 when I'm 60 yrs old and need to seriously prepare my body for that. And a LOT of preparation it will take! But I can do ALL things through Christ, who gives me strength...PS: I've only lost 7lbs so far, but those 2 inches each off my waist, hips and thighs makes me VERY happy.
