I need protein, for one! I'm consistent in THAT, at least. Everything else is pretty hit or miss, but I keep missing the mark on Protein. I think I'm doing okay. I would normally be beating myself up for not getting it right by now, but not today! It'll come to me, it will all make sense and I'll do it like I've been doing it my whole life.
By then, What I can't imagine now will be second nature. What I haven't done most of my life- eat healthfully on a CONSISTENT basis; exercising regularly and at a progressive pace and approaching the day with motivation nearly every day- will fill the rest of my life!
