... so I missed yesterday because I had a killer headache, but today I made up for it and did:
Shoulders & Arms:
Cathes: Stability Ball abs/core
Time: 68 minutes
I love the variety in this workout. Similar to Cathes STS but I must say that I am actually enjoying P90X more... sorry Cathe!
